You're trusting a contractor with your savings, your business or your congregation's offerings. These are the fears we hear most often:
The contractor collects the money, the work slows, then stops.
Waiting weeks for hired equipment or workers who never show up.
Poor materials and unqualified hands that show up as cracks later.
Calls go unanswered and there's no office you can walk into.

Masons, carpenters, welders, plumbers, electricians and painters are on our own team, 166 people in all. We don't depend on subcontractors who disappear.

We own our concrete mixers, tipper trucks, dumpers, water tankers, block moulding and cutting machines, so your schedule doesn't wait on rented equipment.

A builder (BSc), an architect (MSc) and a civil engineer (MSc) oversee design, planning and construction, with close attention to detail and safety.

We've been incorporated since 1999 and have a physical office in Okota. You'll know exactly who is responsible for your project and where to find them.
